About the role
inyad is looking for a Customer Support Specialist based in Cairo to provide installation, training and ongoing support to its POS clients. The role ensures clients have a smooth experience from installing the system to using it in their daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Install and configure POS hardware and software for new customers so everything works and fits their needs.
- Run training sessions for clients and their staff on how to use the POS system.
- Answer client questions promptly by email, chat, phone and in person, and troubleshoot issues with the POS and related hardware.
- Coordinate delivery of POS equipment and give on-site support when needed.
- Keep support cases, installations and client feedback documented so they can be used to improve services.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail and punctuality.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
