Deputy Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Deputy Project Manager to support the Project Manager in delivering high‑quality construction projects. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to keep projects on schedule, within budget and to the required standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and managing project schedules, milestones and timelines.
• Identify potential risks and help devise mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide regular updates.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, project teams and subcontractors.
• Support issue resolution to ensure smooth project progression.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports and records.
• Contribute to maintaining high‑quality standards throughout the construction process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or a related field (post‑graduate degree a plus).
• 5+ years of proven experience delivering project management services on major construction projects.
• Professional certifications and affiliations are considered an advantage.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
