About the role
We are looking for a talented Design Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in architectural design, with a background in residential and commercial projects and solid knowledge of design development and construction documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and prepare architectural designs for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare and review Tender Drawings, IFC Drawings, and Shop Drawings.
- Coordinate architectural designs with project requirements, specifications, and applicable Saudi codes and standards.
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and design presentations.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure design consistency and integration.
- Support design development from concept through construction documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 2–5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in residential and commercial projects.
- Experience in real estate development and residential compounds is a plus.
