DevOps & ALM Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a skilled DevOps & ALM Administrator with 4‑6 years of experience to manage and optimise our CI/CD pipelines, version control systems and collaboration tools.

Key responsibilities

• Administer enterprise Bitbucket and GitHub platforms, manage access, branching strategies and security policies.
• Serve as primary Jira Administrator, configuring workflows, permission schemes and custom dashboards.
• Design, build and maintain automated deployment pipelines using FlexDeploy, including environment configuration and release management.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts in Python, Bash or PowerShell and integrate tools via REST APIs.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, build/release management or tools administration.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and collaboration skills across development and QA teams.
