Digital Industry Lead – Business Solutions

About the role

Vodafone is seeking a strategic, customer‑facing Digital Industry Lead to drive industry‑specific digital transformation opportunities for its Business customers. You will combine deep industry knowledge with consulting expertise to shape tailored solutions and influence senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and promote industry value propositions such as agile supply chains, smart building automation, and citizen services platforms.
• Lead industry‑focused discussions with key customers, presenting relevant use cases and aligning with national agendas.
• Develop account and stakeholder engagement strategies, creating long‑term plans for multiple customer personas.
• Co‑create multi‑year industry roadmaps with C‑level executives, identifying growth and transformation opportunities.
• Facilitate design‑thinking and ideation workshops to generate innovative use cases.
• Collaborate with partners (GSIs, ISVs) and internal solution architects to build specialised industry solutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date industry insight, producing whitepapers and point‑of‑view material for internal and external audiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital transformation consulting or industry‑focused business development.
• Strong track record of engaging senior executives and influencing strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, solution architecture, and partner teams.
