Digital Industry Specialist

About the role

Vodafone is looking for a Digital Industry Specialist to drive industry‑focused business opportunities and support customers on their digital transformation journeys. You will act as an advisor, translating industry trends into actionable solutions and collaborating with internal and partner teams to create value for key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Define and promote industry value propositions such as agile supply chains, smart building automation, and citizen services platforms.
• Engage senior decision‑makers (CxOs) to co‑create multi‑year industry roadmaps aligned with customer ambitions.
• Lead design‑thinking and ideation workshops to uncover new use cases and translate them into concrete digital initiatives.
• Work with account teams to embed industry narratives into customer conversations and long‑term account plans.
• Collaborate with partners (GSIs, ISVs) and internal solution architects to develop specialised industry solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital transformation, preferably within a specific industry (e.g., mining, manufacturing, public sector).
• Strong understanding of how cloud, data and AI technologies can be applied to solve industry challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic discussions.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder engagements.
