Digital Operations Coordinator – Assistant Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Digital Operations Coordinator to support Nestlé’s Digital Hub across multiple Business Units in Egypt. The role ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations of digital projects, manages budgets, and coordinates stakeholders to keep initiatives on track.

Key responsibilities

• Act as custodian of digital budgets, tracking spend, commitments and payment timelines across Business Units.
• Issue and monitor purchase orders, liaise with brand, finance, procurement and agency teams to ensure timely payments.
• Prepare regular budget trackers and reporting updates for leadership.
• Support the Digital Hub team with daily operational requirements, coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
• Raise and follow up technical tickets, maintain project trackers and ensure governance of digital initiatives.
• Coordinate timelines, meeting actions and documentation for multiple digital campaigns.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, digital or marketing operations.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, websites, CRM, search, media).
• Strong organizational, detail‑oriented and multitasking abilities.
• Experience handling budgets, trackers, invoices or purchase‑order processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
