Director of Food and Beverage

About the role

The Director of Food and Beverage will lead the F&B department, shaping strategy and ensuring operational excellence across all dining venues. Reporting to senior hotel management, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage experiences that align with the brand’s standards and profitability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a food and beverage operating strategy aligned with the brand’s business objectives.
• Hire, onboard and mentor the F&B leadership team, ensuring they possess functional expertise and entrepreneurial drive.
• Monitor daily operations, control costs, and drive sales to maximize department profitability.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene across all outlets.
• Implement training programs and ensure continuous staff development.
• Analyze performance metrics, set targets and communicate decisions from senior management.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through service quality initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior F&B management within a hotel or large hospitality operation.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Ability to develop strategic plans and translate them into operational actions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
