About the role
The Director of Guest Experience will shape the overall guest journey at Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh, from arrival through departure and beyond. This senior leadership position combines operational excellence with strategic vision to create memorable, personalized experiences for all guests, especially VIPs.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive the guest experience strategy, ensuring consistency and excellence across every touchpoint.
- Build deep, personalized relationships with VIP and special‑attention guests.
- Lead, develop, and inspire the Guest Experience team, fostering a strong service culture.
- Oversee VIP arrivals, lobby experience, and cross‑department coordination for flawless execution.
- Analyse guest feedback, identify trends, and implement innovative initiatives to continuously elevate service.
- Champion guest recognition programs and introduce experience‑led offerings.
- Manage complex guest situations with discretion and effective service recovery.
- Partner with senior leadership on reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning for the department.
Required profile
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in a similar Director of Guest Experience position.
