Director of Revenue

About the role

The Director of Revenue will lead revenue‑generation activities across the hotel’s food & beverage (F&B) outlets and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Reporting to senior management, you will combine strategic pricing, menu planning and team leadership to maximise profitability while maintaining brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance guest satisfaction by handling comments, complaints and building loyalty.
• Steer all F&B points of sale, ensuring brand standards, pricing strategy and high‑quality sales materials.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to design menus, set prices, organise purchases and update cooking instructions.
• Maintain equipment, furniture and technical installations in reliable condition.
• Cover early‑morning, evening, weekend and holiday shifts as needed and act as interim Head of Department when required.
• Lead cross‑departmental meetings, communicate management decisions and replace the General Manager on occasion.
• Develop team spirit, supervise recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals and training plans.
• Ensure work schedules align with activity forecasts and comply with labour legislation.
• Motivate staff to use sales pitches and achieve quantitative targets.

Required profile

• Warm, friendly demeanor with strong guest‑relation skills.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations and ability to step into other department heads’ roles.
• Experience in developing and executing revenue‑driving strategies.
