Dispensing Specialist

About the role

The Dispensing Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position at EVA Pharma in Giza. You will be responsible for accurately dispensing pharmaceutical products while ensuring compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Key responsibilities

• Review prescriptions and prepare, label, and dispense medications.
• Verify that all dispensed items meet safety, quality, and documentation guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and coordinate with warehouse and production teams.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and collaborate with Quality Assurance on dispensing‑related issues.
• Maintain meticulous records and ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene protocols.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical products, dispensing procedures, and relevant regulatory/GMP standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling prescriptions, labeling, documentation, and inventory records.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and follow strict health and safety protocols.
• Relevant education in pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field; professional licensure or certification is an advantage.
• Previous experience in dispensing, pharmacy operations, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.
• Problem‑solving, time‑management, and organizational skills with a commitment to continuous improvement.
