Document Controller

About the role

ISS International Spa is seeking a Document Controller to join its team in New Cairo, Egypt. The role involves managing the flow of project documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify, stamp, register, and distribute all incoming and outgoing project correspondences, drawings, and technical documents.
• Maintain document registers on the Major Project Server and the IT Tracking tool, and generate weekly follow‑up reports on outstanding actions.
• Ensure compliance with Project Coordination Correspondence and Document Handling Procedures.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of drawings and documentation, including title blocks, bills of materials, tags, and comments.
• Coordinate with document originators and engineering personnel to secure timely returns and proper handling of documents.

Required profile

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in document control within a project environment is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with document management systems and IT tracking tools.
• Familiarity with handling technical drawings and project documentation.
