E Commerce Growth Sr Specialist

About the role

Vodafone is looking for a senior specialist to drive e‑commerce growth across its digital channels. You will own the end‑to‑end performance of the online funnel, from traffic acquisition to checkout, and turn data‑driven insights into measurable sales uplift.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full digital funnel performance, identifying and fixing conversion drop‑offs at each stage.
• Lead conversion rate optimisation (CRO) programmes through structured A/B testing and experimentation.
• Oversee marketing analytics and hold media buying, organic/SEO and Customer Value Management teams accountable to targets.
• Analyse traffic, ROAS, CAC and efficiency metrics, translating insights into actionable growth plans.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Growth Team Leader to deliver the digital growth roadmap.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn funnel data into growth actions.
• 5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, including team leadership.
• Proven track record of running A/B testing programmes that improve conversion.
• Experience working with stakeholders across commercial, media/agency, SEO and CVM functions.
