E‑Commerce Content & Digital Catalog Intern

About the role

This internship supports the Digital Catalog & Content team, handling day‑to‑day content and catalog tasks under close supervision. You will help keep the e‑commerce catalog up‑to‑date and ensure smooth publishing of product information.

Key responsibilities

• Publish and update pre‑approved content in Sanity CMS following the content calendar and provided instructions.
• Perform routine catalog housekeeping in Akeneo PIM, checking for missing fields and flagging incomplete product data.
• Proofread and lightly edit product and page copy to align with brand guidelines.
• Maintain the content calendar, flagging upcoming deadlines, missing assets, or blockers.
• Assist in coordinating omnichannel and e‑commerce initiatives across multiple departments by scheduling meetings, taking notes, and following up on actions.
• Support the tech team on feature launches by logging requirements, tracking testing/UAT status, and following up on bugs and fixes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English or a related field; final‑year students and recent graduates are welcome.
• Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets and eager to learn Akeneo PIM and Sanity CMS on the job.
• 0–1 years of experience; any exposure to content, digital marketing, e‑commerce or retail through projects or internships is a plus.
