Educational Project Manager

About the role

iSchool is seeking an experienced Educational Project Manager to lead and deliver educational projects from planning through successful completion. The role demands strong ownership, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of educational projects, creating detailed plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and monitor progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Manage project scope, priorities, resources, and deadlines while ensuring quality standards and business objectives are met.
• Prepare regular updates, reports, and performance tracking for management and facilitate project meetings.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall delivery across multiple simultaneous projects.

Required profile

• 10+ years of proven project management experience, preferably in Education, EdTech, or fast‑paced technology environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Education, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, analytical, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 (preferred).
