Electrical Engineer – Manufacturing (Biscuit Production)

About the role
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our biscuit manufacturing plant. You will be responsible for keeping the production line running smoothly by maintaining and troubleshooting electrical and automation equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical and automation faults to minimise downtime.
- Support production teams to maximise equipment reliability.
- Participate in TPM, root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with EHS and food‑safety standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably FMCG.
Required skills
- PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) operation.
- Electric motor maintenance.
- Electrical panel design and servicing.
- Industrial automation knowledge.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance techniques.
- Electrical fault diagnosis.
