Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

DORCO is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join its manufacturing plant in 6th of October. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on keeping all electrical systems and production equipment running reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plant electrical infrastructure.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults in machinery, panels, and control systems.
• Document maintenance activities, system performance, and compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and other maintenance teams to minimise downtime.
• Support upgrades of electrical equipment and contribute to continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in industrial or manufacturing electrical maintenance.
• Familiarity with electrical safety codes and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics and technical manuals.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site and occasional overtime or shift work.
