About the role
The Electrical Site Engineer will oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of lighting and emergency power systems for projects in Obour City.
Key responsibilities
- Check electrical drawings prepared by contractors.
- Test, commission and start up central battery emergency systems.
- Test, commission and start up various light control systems (DMX, DALI, etc.).
- Lead a team of technicians and hand over systems to the consultant.
- Review designs, propose solutions and coordinate with the commissioning leader.
- Learn new systems and software as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Ability to work on multi‑discipline projects.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical and time‑management skills.
- Reliable, hardworking with initiative and ability to take on increasing responsibility.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of DMX and DALI lighting control systems.
- Experience with electrical drawing review and commissioning processes.
