Electrical Site Section Head

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Section Head to lead the electrical activities on our construction projects. The role involves overseeing daily site operations, ensuring compliance with engineering designs, safety standards, and delivering projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations, supervising and monitoring site engineers.
• Inspect construction sites to verify progress, adherence to engineering plans, specifications and safety standards.
• Determine the most appropriate construction methods and obtain approval from the Construction Manager.
• Review daily elevated reports before forwarding them to the Construction Manager.
• Supervise the assigned team, allocating material and manpower to achieve efficient job performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience, including 3+ years in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling and construction processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite.
