Employee Relations and Experience Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Employee Relations and Experience Manager to design, implement and oversee strategic initiatives that boost employee involvement, nurture a thriving corporate culture and manage relations across the organization. The role partners with leadership and global teams to create an inclusive, high‑performance environment aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and drive the organization’s employee engagement strategy, ensuring alignment with company values.
• Develop, launch and analyze annual employee engagement surveys, turning data into actionable culture‑building initiatives.
• Partner with department heads to create targeted retention strategies and team‑building frameworks.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle experience, optimizing onboarding, recognition programs and off‑boarding feedback loops.
• Collaborate with internal communications to deliver transparent, inspiring messaging about culture and HR initiatives.
• Maintain an equitable and inclusive work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, PHR) highly desirable.
• 8‑10 years progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on employee relations, corporate culture or engagement.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and native Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams for data analysis and presentations.
• Advanced knowledge of HRIS platforms.
• Experience with employee engagement/pulse survey software.
