Engineering Manager

About the role

The Engineering Manager will be based on‑site in Asyut, Egypt, leading the engineering teams of ECB. This full‑time position is responsible for guiding technical decisions, ensuring project objectives, timelines and quality standards are achieved, and aligning work with the company’s ISO‑9001:2015 processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑disciplinary efforts and manage resource allocation across engineering, software development and project stakeholders.
• Review designs, monitor site activities, resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with ISO‑compliant standards.
• Facilitate integration between engineering solutions and software systems to guarantee seamless interoperability.
• Mentor team members, foster collaboration and report progress, risks and client updates to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Strong engineering and project management background with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven team‑leadership experience in consultancy or construction environments, preferably within Egypt.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
