About the role
We are looking for motivated English‑speaking Back Office Agents to join our UAE Customer Support project. The position is based in Cairo and requires delivering professional assistance to customers while maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries in English.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication.
- Maintain records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex cases.
Required profile
- English proficiency at least B1 level.
- Female graduate candidates.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Cairo (Abbassia) with shifts ending at 9 pm.
