English Business Account Evaluator (AI Personalization)

About the role

Gramian Consultancy is seeking a native‑level English speaker to join a 16‑week AI personalization evaluation project. You will work remotely, using your primary Google Workspace business Gmail account to assess the relevance, accuracy, helpfulness, and personalization of AI‑generated email responses based on professional email history.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate AI‑generated email replies against professional inbox data for accuracy, relevance, and personalization quality.
• Identify unsupported assumptions, incorrect personalization, and irrelevant recommendations.
• Compare multiple AI outputs and select the stronger response.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that follows detailed project guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all data‑privacy requirements.
• Complete assigned evaluations on schedule and meet quality standards.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in English.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
• Active Google Workspace or corporate Gmail account used regularly for business communication.
• Business inbox containing predominantly English emails with at least 1,000 messages.
• Gmail display language set to English.
• Willingness to use the business account for evaluation and sign the required consent form.

What we offer
