English & Soft Skills Trainer – Full‑time, Cairo (Dokki)

About the role

Guide Academy is seeking an enthusiastic English and Soft Skills Trainer to join its on‑site team in Dokki, Cairo. The role is full‑time and focuses on delivering engaging language and soft‑skill sessions to a diverse learner base.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver interactive English language lessons tailored to varying proficiency levels.
• Design and facilitate soft‑skills workshops covering communication, customer service and professional behaviour.
• Develop training materials, curricula and assessment tools aligned with learning outcomes.
• Monitor learner progress, provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate attendance and performance records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve course content and participate in internal training initiatives.
• Create an inclusive, motivating classroom environment that encourages practical application of skills.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience as a language trainer, soft‑skills trainer or corporate trainer.
• Strong classroom management, facilitation and coaching abilities with a learner‑focused approach.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools for training delivery, material preparation and learner tracking.
