English Tutor

About the role

4Level1 is seeking an English Tutor to join its team in Cairo. The position can be full‑time or part‑time and may be performed on‑site, online, or in a hybrid format. You will design and deliver CEFR‑aligned English lessons that emphasize real‑world communication.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and adapt lesson plans for individual and group classes.
• Teach English focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and keep accurate attendance and performance records.
• Customize teaching materials for various proficiency levels.
• Support learners in achieving academic and professional language goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain consistent teaching quality.

Required profile

• Strong instructional skills in English teaching and tutoring.
• Experience with diverse learner profiles, especially Middle‑Eastern students.
• Proficiency in online tutoring and digital classroom environments.
• Solid knowledge of English grammar and clear communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics or related field; TEFL, TESOL, CELTA or similar certifications are a plus.
• Experience with CEFR‑aligned courses or exam preparation is advantageous.
• Ability to manage classrooms and work collaboratively in a multicultural setting.
