Entertainment Executive

About the role

The Entertainment Executive will lead the planning, booking, and execution of live entertainment across four restaurant venues. This role combines event coordination, artist liaison, and on‑site production to create memorable experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Book and schedule artists, negotiate contracts, and manage logistics.
• Assist in planning, promoting, and executing events.
• Liaise with performers, agents, and managers to ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee stage setup, sound checks, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate artist hospitality, including accommodations and transportation.
• Process artist payments on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Ensure compliance with restaurant staff, security, and technical teams.
• Troubleshoot issues during events and introduce new entertainment concepts to attract target customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in entertainment, events, hospitality, or luxury venue operations.
• Previous experience in restaurants, lounges, cruise ships, hotels, or entertainment venues is highly preferred.
• Proven experience coordinating live entertainment programs, artist bookings, and special events.
• Strong ability to plan, organize, and execute events.
• Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
