Ex-MBB Strategy Consultant - AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants from top‑tier firms to help design realistic consulting scenarios that will be used to train advanced AI systems. This remote, project‑based position focuses on translating real‑world consulting engagements into structured tasks, evaluation criteria and reference solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed, industry‑specific consulting project scenarios, including financials, constraints and ambiguous information.
• Design discrete consulting tasks (e.g., market sizing, cost optimisation, growth strategy) that mirror actual consulting work.
• Develop grading frameworks, rubrics and golden‑answer solutions to evaluate AI outputs at scale.
• Collaborate with AI and data‑generation teams to ensure scenarios are aligned with model training requirements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and produce client‑ready deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Experience presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in building financial models and conducting market analysis.
• Familiarity with consulting deliverables and frameworks.
