Executive Chef – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

TLT Concepts is seeking a talented Chef to lead the culinary operations of its luxury hospitality brands in Cairo. You will create high‑quality dishes that reflect the brand’s refined, concept‑driven experience while ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute menus that align with seasonal themes and special events.
• Manage daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, plating, and service coordination.
• Supervise, train and schedule kitchen staff to maintain efficient workflow.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene and health‑safety regulations.
• Control inventory, monitor food costs and coordinate with suppliers for quality ingredients.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and workspaces in optimal condition.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in premium or luxury dining environments.
• Formal culinary education or professional certification is preferred.
• Ability to adapt recipes, respond to dietary requirements and guest preferences.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, especially with front‑of‑house teams.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
