Executive - Customer Relationship Management & Clienteling

About the role

The CRM & Clienteling Executive will support the design and execution of personalized CRM campaigns and clienteling initiatives across the region. The role aims to boost customer loyalty, retention, and lifetime value for both VIC and non‑VIC clients by leveraging data‑driven insights and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Execute multi‑channel CRM and clienteling campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate deployment.
• Support creation, testing, and optimisation of automated customer lifecycle journeys.
• Build and maintain customer segmentation for targeted loyalty and re‑activation programmes.
• Promote clienteling adoption in stores through tool usage, guidelines, and training.
• Coordinate with Creative, Retail Operations, Commercial and other teams to deliver successful campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics (retention, conversion, AOV, LTV) and translate results into actionable insights.
• Maintain data quality in CRM systems to enable personalised interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, fashion or a related field (preferred).
• 1‑3 years of experience in CRM, campaign management, clienteling or customer experience.
• Background in luxury, fashion or eyewear retail is a plus.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of SQL or Power BI for data analysis.
• Ability to build customer segments and interpret campaign metrics (open, click, conversion, repurchase rates).
