Export Sales Manager – Industrial Ingredients

About the role

Al Amir Ingredients is seeking an Export Sales Manager to lead its international sales of aseptic food concentrates. The role will manage the full export revenue pipeline, building long‑term partnerships with industrial buyers across the EU, East Africa, GCC, Iraq and Libya. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the manager will represent the company at major trade shows and drive growth in key markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of 30–50 industrial ingredient buyers.
• Negotiate and close B2B contracts for tomato paste, fruit purees and juice concentrates.
• Represent Al Amir Ingredients at trade exhibitions such as Gulfood, Anuga and SIAL.
• Maintain CRM discipline, update pipeline weekly and provide accurate sales reports.
• Coordinate technical queries, sample dispatches and buyer audits.
• Ensure compliance with export documentation, HS codes and quality standards (BRC, FSSC, Halal).

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of export sales experience in the food industry.
• Proven track record of closing B2B contracts with industrial buyers.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally 8–10 times per year.
• Preferable experience with tomato paste or fruit purees and an existing buyer network in EU, COMESA or GCC.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce).
• Export documentation preparation.
• Knowledge of HS codes and aseptic packaging requirements.
• Familiarity with BRC, FSSC and Halal compliance.
