Exterior Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented and detail‑oriented Exterior Designer to join our onsite team in Jeddah. The role involves creating compelling exterior design concepts, developing detailed drawings, and producing high‑quality visualizations that bring architectural visions to life.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative exterior design concepts for residential, commercial, and mixed‑use projects.
• Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and design presentations for client approval.
• Ensure designs align with client briefs, local regulations, and industry best practices.
• Produce accurate architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate with interior designers, structural engineers, and MEP teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Revise and update drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Create detailed 3D models using SketchUp and Revit.
• Produce photorealistic renderings and walkthrough animations using Lumion.
• Develop high‑quality presentation graphics using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and other designers to meet project deadlines.
• Participate in site visits to assess conditions and ensure design intent is maintained during construction.
• Incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams to refine designs.
• Ensure all deliverables meet company quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on the latest exterior design trends, materials, and technologies in the KSA market.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in exterior design with a portfolio.
• Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region (preferred).
• Knowledge of local building codes and municipal approval processes in Jeddah.
• Bilingual Arabic and English is a strong advantage (not mandatory).
