About the role

Urban Store is seeking a motivated Fashion Retail Sales Associate to join our modern boutique. You will work directly with customers, helping them discover apparel, footwear, and accessories that match their style and lifestyle while contributing to store sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, providing personalized styling advice based on current fashion and streetwear trends.
• Maintain attractive product displays, restock merchandise, and ensure the sales floor remains tidy and organized.
• Process transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system, handling cash, cards, returns, and exchanges.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through upselling, cross‑selling, and proactive customer outreach.
• Monitor inventory levels on the floor and report stock discrepancies to management.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in fashion, apparel, footwear, or retail sales.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift merchandise safely, and work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
