About the role
The Field Manager leads the field team of supervisors and auditors to ensure accurate, timely store data collection for market research projects. The role combines team leadership, quality control, technical support, and cost monitoring.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and plan daily work for field supervisors and auditors, assigning geographic areas, optimizing travel routes, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Conduct on‑the‑ground and computer‑based data quality checks, verify compliance with standards, and correct errors or gaps promptly.
- Provide method and device training, troubleshoot hardware or app issues, and monitor performance metrics such as error rates and speed to drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field operations, market research or retail checking, with at least 2 years managing a team.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent college education.
Required skills
- Strong computer and data handling abilities.
- Proficiency with mobile data collection devices, applications, and GPS tools.
