Field Sales Representative – Cosmetics & Hair Care

About the role

GEM Egypt for Trading & Distribution is hiring Field Sales Representatives to join our Cosmetics & Personal Care Sales Team in Alexandria. We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and motivated candidates who are ready to build a successful career in field sales within the cosmetics and personal care industry.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell cosmetics and personal care products within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular field visits to pharmacies, salons, and beauty-related retail channels.
• Present product features, benefits, and selling points effectively.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify new customers and sales opportunities.
• Follow up with customers, handle objections, and close sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong market coverage.
• Collect customer feedback and monitor market and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates and junior candidates are welcome to apply.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Previous experience in cosmetics, personal care, pharmacies, or FMCG is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and willing to work in the field.
• Good presentation and customer-handling skills.
• Good command of English is preferred.
