Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead monthly management reporting for a growing UK print and direct mail group. Working remotely, you will partner closely with the CFO to develop and roll out reporting templates across subsidiaries as the business expands through acquisitions.

Key responsibilities

• Produce monthly Management Business Review packs covering P&L, YTD, forecast, balance sheet and cash.
• Roll out standardized reporting templates to all subsidiaries.
• Drive the transition toward consolidated group‑level management accounts.
• Provide timely, accurate financial information to support the CFO.
• Apply UK accounting frameworks consistently across all reporting.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• 2‑5 years of experience in management accounts or financial reporting.
• Comfortable working with existing reporting templates.
• Preferable experience with UK companies or UK accounting legislation.
• Degree in finance, accounting or a related numerate discipline.
• Strong written communication for professional financial reporting.
• Meticulous, proactive and able to work independently within a defined framework.
