Finance Operations Senior Associate (German Speaker)

About the role

PWC's Technology & Innovation Centre in Cairo is looking for a Finance Operations Senior Associate who is fluent in German. The role supports the centre’s financial processes, ensuring accurate reporting, cash‑flow management and compliance with accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and payable using the time‑logging system and Sage.
• Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities.
• Interpret and report monthly financial results, recommending corrective actions.
• Create job codes on the time‑logging system and track timesheet submissions.
• Investigate and resolve irregularities or inquiries.
• Maintain accounts receivable files and perform bank and general account reconciliations.
• Run financial reports and share data with stakeholders.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Assist with cash‑flow forecasting, budgeting and forecasting activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Fluency in German (written and spoken) and strong English proficiency.
• Proven experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
