Financial & Accounting Manager – Real Estate

About the role

Capital Elite seeks a seasoned Financial & Accounting Manager with deep experience in real‑estate development and construction. You will oversee the full finance function, ensure accurate reporting, control project costs, and provide strategic analysis to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete accounting cycle: general ledger, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and month‑/year‑end close.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in line with applicable standards.
• Produce management reports, dashboards and performance analyses for senior management.
• Oversee real‑estate and construction accounting, monitoring project budgets, costs, variations and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting and cash‑flow projection processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations (VAT, withholding, corporate, payroll) and coordinate audits.
• Develop and enforce financial policies, internal controls and procedures.
• Lead, mentor and review the work of the finance and accounting team.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in finance and accounting within real‑estate development, construction or contracting.
• Proven ability to manage project accounting, cost control and cash‑flow management.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, audit processes and regulatory compliance.
• Leadership experience supervising finance teams and collaborating across functions.
