Finishing Engineer (Onsite) – Alexandria

About the role

The Finishing Engineer will oversee all architectural and MEP finishing activities on site, ensuring that works are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards. This role requires close coordination with contractors, consultants and the Customer Service Engineering team to deliver a defect‑free handover.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and verify proper execution of finishing works according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Inspect architectural and MEP finishing activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Review and validate client‑approved modifications on site.
• Prepare and use checklists and snag lists to track pending or non‑compliant items.
• Coordinate between site teams, contractors, consultants and Customer Service Engineering.
• Support unit inspections and handover processes, ensuring readiness and completion of documentation.
• Prepare periodic quality and progress reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (preferred) or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finishing works within real‑estate or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of finishing details, MEP coordination and handover requirements.
• Experience in snagging, inspections and client‑facing handover processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
