About the role
We are seeking a Finishing & Handover Engineer to join our growing team at Tesla Developments. The role focuses on ensuring that residential or commercial units meet quality standards before delivery to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect and review completed units prior to handover.
- Monitor finishing quality and verify compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare detailed snag lists and coordinate corrective actions with contractors.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to confirm readiness of units for delivery.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in finishing and handover activities within construction or real‑estate projects.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and execute work according to specifications.
- Strong coordination and follow‑up capabilities.
- Previous experience in real‑estate development is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Advanced Excel skills.
