About the role
We are looking for a friendly part‑time Food Counter Clerk to join our team at Ice Edge Café in New Cairo. The role runs from 2 pm to 11 pm and involves direct interaction with customers, taking orders and serving food and beverages in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items.
- Handle cash and electronic payments securely.
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter, service area and equipment.
- Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Required profile
- Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Basic numeracy for handling payments.
- Reliability and punctuality.
Required skills
- Operation of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
