Freelance ISO Lead Auditor Trainer for Recorded Courses

About the role

Enta Gahez is seeking experienced ISO Lead Auditor trainers to develop and deliver recorded courses for its online learning platform. You will create high‑quality video modules covering a range of ISO management system standards, enabling learners worldwide to acquire practical, market‑relevant skills.

Key responsibilities

• Design, record, and edit comprehensive training modules for selected ISO standards.
• Utilise existing training materials or develop new content that aligns with industry best practices.
• Ensure each course meets the platform’s pedagogical standards and quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with the e‑learning team to integrate courses into the platform and support learners as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in ISO‑related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience delivering professional or technical training.
• Lead Auditor certification (IRCA or equivalent) for the relevant ISO standards.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Hold a Train‑the‑Trainer (TOT) certification or equivalent.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of ISO 22000, ISO 21001, ISO 22301, ISO 41001, IATF 16949, ISO 37001, ISO/IEC 27701, ISO 28000, ISO 39001, ISO 18788, ISO 22320, ISO 10004.
• Lead Auditor (IRCA) certification.
• Train the Trainer certification.
• Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
