About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to handle chat inquiries. The role is based in Maadi and involves providing timely, professional assistance to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
• Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
• Follow company policies and quality standards during interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (graduates only).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and multitasking capability.
