French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will handle inbound calls, live chat and email, providing friendly and effective assistance to our French‑language customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier support in French and English via voice and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
