French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role you will handle inbound calls, live‑chat and email inquiries, delivering friendly and effective assistance to our French‑speaking customers while also supporting English‑speaking users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier support in French and English via voice, chat and email.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver timely, solution‑focused resolutions.
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm and solution‑oriented under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce tools.
