French-speaking Fraud Analyst, Issuing Fraud Monitoring

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Fraud Analyst to join our issuing fraud monitoring team. The analyst will work 24/7 to monitor card transactions, detect suspicious activity and ensure timely action and reporting to clients and scheme partners.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor transactional card spend around the clock following company procedures and service standards.
• Contact cardholders on suspicious activities, verify transactions and update the system accordingly.
• Review and clear all alerts generated by the fraud detection/prevention tool, maintaining zero pending alerts per shift.
• Identify fraud trends, execute appropriate actions and escalate critical issues promptly.
• Initiate outbound fraud notifications via email to internal teams, clients and business partners.
• Perform fraud recovery by contacting acquirers and merchants to reduce loss.
• Provide timely responses to client inquiries and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
• Generate required reports and support ad‑hoc tasks from management.

Required profile

• University graduate with strong command of English and French.
• Experience in inbound call‑center environments and card fraud monitoring.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet daily alert‑evaluation targets and maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with fraud detection/prevention tools.
