French‑Speaking Operations Assistant – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Operations Assistant who is fluent in French and English to support the daily management of our expanding short‑term rental portfolio. This fully remote position involves coordinating guest experiences, handling communications across major booking platforms, and ensuring properties are ready for arrival.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of short‑term rental properties.
• Communicate with guests in French and English via Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and other channels.
• Coordinate check‑ins, check‑outs, and ongoing guest support.
• Respond to guest inquiries, reviews, and issues with professionalism.
• Work closely with cleaning and maintenance teams to keep properties guest‑ready.
• Monitor reservations, calendars, and pricing updates.
• Assist with listing optimization and channel management.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in short‑term rentals, vacation rentals, or property management is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO platforms.
• Experience with property management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, or Hospitable.
• Knowledge of revenue‑management tools like PriceLabs.
