French‑Speaking Sales & Customer Success Specialist – Dental & Cosmetics

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales & Customer Success Specialist who is fluent in French and has experience in the dental or cosmetics sector. The position is fully remote and can be full‑time or part‑time, allowing you to manage the entire sales process while delivering exceptional post‑sale support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Engage prospects via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Build and nurture long‑term customer relationships.
• Handle inquiries, objections, and after‑sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, closing, or customer service roles.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Prior experience in the dental and/or cosmetics industry.
• Fluent French (mandatory) and professional English proficiency (mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working remotely.
