Front Desk, Rooms Controller

About the role

Accor is looking for a detail‑oriented Front Desk, Rooms Controller to become the backbone of its front‑desk operations in Cairo. You will manage room inventory, coordinate guest services and ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences while working closely with housekeeping, maintenance and management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage front‑desk operations, including guest check‑in, check‑out and room assignments.
• Monitor room inventory and occupancy status using hotel management systems.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to guarantee room readiness.
• Process reservations, modifications and cancellations accurately.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve room‑related issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate administrative records of room assignments and guest information.
• Communicate room availability, amenities and services to guests.
• Generate reports on occupancy, maintenance issues and operational metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in front‑desk operations or hotel management.
• Proficiency with hotel management systems and room‑management software.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional, customer‑focused demeanor.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
