Front Office – Tahseen Hospitality Leadership Program

About the role

The Front Office position is part of Tahseen, a 12‑18 month interdisciplinary hospitality leadership development program in partnership with Cornell University. Based at 1189 Nile Corniche Downtown, Cairo, the role offers hands‑on experience across guest services, operations, and management while driving engagement of local talent in the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement accounting tasks, audits, and reporting for all property operations.
• Analyze operational data, generate timely reports and presentations, and recommend solutions.
• Support property operations by reviewing guest feedback, conducting walk‑throughs, and ensuring maintenance standards.
• Collaborate with discipline teams to align service delivery with brand strategy and provide performance feedback.
• Communicate departmental goals clearly to achieve desired results and maintain high customer service standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales & marketing, or management operations.
• Or an associate degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
