Full‑Time Graphic Designer – Social Media & Campaigns

About the role

CTRL is seeking a full‑time Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of the brand across social media, campaigns, website, and advertising. You will translate brand direction into compelling design assets that engage audiences and support product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute visual assets for social media stories, static posts, offers, website banners, launch graphics, campaign materials, and ad creatives.
• Resize and adapt designs for various platforms while maintaining visual consistency.
• Prepare graphics for paid advertising when required.
• Collaborate with the Art Director to ensure visual execution aligns with brand guidelines.
• Deliver designs on schedule and keep design files well‑organized.
• Execute weekly content calendar designs and support urgent design requests.
• Review and improve design templates, workflow, and monthly asset organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in graphic design.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, colour, and visual consistency.
• Ability to work quickly, meet deadlines and handle multiple requests.
• Organised file management and workflow habits.
• Willingness to follow brand direction and incorporate feedback.
• Available to work full‑time on‑site in First Settlement, New Cairo.
